July 25th, 2023 Vortex Cannabis Inc.  (Mirabel, Québec) Vortex Cannabis Inc. has  instituted a 100% WARRANTY PROGRAM  for all SKUs across Canada for both consumers and retailers.

WHAT IS THE 100% WARRANTY?

The 100% Warranty refunds consumers directly, for any level of product imperfection. Now, stores can order from Vortex, with the confidence of knowing that valued customers will be treated perfectly. 

HOW DOES IT WORK?

By emailing product@vortexcannabis.com (printed on all packaging), customers reach a dedicated member of our executive team, who deals directly with the concern. If a customer is not 100% satisfied with the product experience, a suitable replacement is purchased for them at the store where they made the original purchase.
